North Valley Shuttle Pick-up locations
Terminal A at the ground transportation area reserved for shuttles and taxis. When you get off your plane you are on the second level of Terminal A. Take the escalator or elevator to the ground level, turn to the right, go past the baggage claim area and you will be near the doors leading to the parking area. There is a sign above the door that reads "To Ground Transportation". Van Services.
“New” Terminal B at ground level, door # 1-center island
After getting off the tram, proceed to the baggage claim area on the ground level. Exit Door # 1. Walk outside and across the street to the center island. Look to your left, behind the Taxi area and locate the “Blue” sign above that reads “Pre-Arranged Transportation and Hotel Shuttles”

We drop our passengers off curbside in front of the Terminals
Terminal A servicing Continental, Delta, United, US Airways.
Our vans are white, Ford 350 Club Wagons, designed to hold 14 passengers. We modify the seating by removing the back seat to accommodate luggage and the van then will hold 10 passengers. The windows are tinted dark. "NORTH VALLEY SHUTTLE" is visible on both sides of the van.
